The MEHR project brings together institutions (QA agencies and HEIs) from three different European countries of different sizes, educational structure and higher education system structure as well as different degrees of development of tools and procedure of quality assessment of learning outcomes (Croatia, Portugal and Sweden) and an international student organization from Belgium (ESU).
